James M. Foglio
President

Fotek Business Solutions, located in Wall, New Jersey, was founded by Jim Foglio and his wife Suzanne in 1986. Over the past 20+ years the organization, under Jim’s leadership, has grown from its two founders to more than 50 associates. Fotek now manages over 2100 corporate clients by providing customized group benefit and business insurance solutions. Recognized as one of the Top Producers in the industry, Jim has earned membership on the prestigious National Broker Advisory Board of Aetna.

Jim’s focus on strategic partnerships has resulted in the expansion of Fotek’s portfolio from solely employee benefits, to now include business insurance. The growth has resulted in the creation of our property casualty agency, CRM Risk Solutions..

Jim is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and is actively involved in several local charitable organizations. He resides in Wall Township, NJ with his wife Suzanne and son Matthew.



Suzanne M. Foglio
Senior Vice President, Operations

Fotek Business Solutions, located in Wall, New Jersey, was founded in 1986 by Suzanne and her husband Jim. Her leadership on the operational side of the business has played an integral role in the organization’s impressive growth over the past two decades. Suzanne’s focus on providing best in class customer service has fueled that growth, with more than 50 associates now servicing over 2100 satisfied business clients.

Responsible for the overall management and operational functions within Fotek, Suzanne’s focus involves the day to day management of customer service, human resources, training and development.
An active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Suzanne is a widely recognized as an innovator in the management field. Under her leadership, Fotek has been recognized nationally by several leading carriers. Suzanne resides in Wall Township, NJ with her husband Jim and son Matthew.



Bruce Mazzarelli
Senior Vice President, Sales - Partner

Bruce Mazzarelli joined Fotek Business Solution in 2005. Bruce comes to Fotek with over a decade of experience in insurance sales and marketing. He has served as the Vice President of Sales at Aetna, where he rose quickly through the ranks, and more recently was Vice President of Sales at GHI in New York.

Throughout his career, Bruce has consistently received recognition for being in the top 10% of sales professionals with Aetna. At GHI, he managed sales and marketing teams with more than 40 professionals and led the successful launch of several new products. Bruce’s innovative thinking led GHI to become a leading carrier in NY’s large group market and in the Medicare risk arena.
Bruce’s ability to negotiate and strategize on behalf of his clients has served him well throughout his career. His broad experience with all sized employer groups has provided a unique understanding of the individual needs of each client and is evidenced by the results he has achieved. Bruce resides in Old Bridge, NJ with his wife and three children.



Russell DePuy
Chief Technology Officer - Partner
General Manager

Russell DePuy joined Fotek Business Solutions in 1996 as a database designer. In 1997 he installed the companies first Ethernet network, strategically coordinated work stations and designed the company's server.

Recognizing the need for a strong customer relationship management tool, Russ designed and implemented Allycon, a software package that supports Fotek's customer service, sales and commissions department. In addition to his infrastructure responsibilities, Russell manages Fotek's daily needs for software and hardware support, commissions tracking and payroll. Russ also plays an integral role in the Agencies marketing efforts, leading the execution of its most successful campaigns.



Carolyn Andress
Vice President, Sales - Partner

Carolyn Andress joined Fotek Business Solutions in 2001 and has been instrumental to the company’s growth in the past 6 years. Carolyn’s career began at Merck Medco in Human Resources on the Benefits Team; later moving into Account Management and Sales where she rose through the ranks for the next 4 years. Carolyn began working for UNUM in 1989 traveling around the country to promote their voluntary products and later training new enrollment representatives. After starting a family, Carolyn decided to stay grounded in New Jersey where she has been an insurance broker for over 10 years. She brings her understanding of all aspects of benefits to her clients who feel confident that Carolyn will treat their business as if it was her own. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and is recognized as a leading producer in the agency winning Salesperson of The year for 3 years. Carolyn resides in Hazlet with her husband and 3 children.



Robert Osmun
Director of Operations - Partner

Robert began working with Fotek in 2002. Though beginning his career as an administrative assistant to Jim Foglio, in just a few months Robert was promoted to the sales team at Fotek. His responsibilities included servicing current clients and adding new clients. Named Director of Operations in 2005, in addition to his sales functions, Robert is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the agency.

His contributions to the agency have been well recognized including winning Rookie of the Year in 2002, Employee of the Year in 2004, and most recently the Best Team Player award in 2006.

 

Susan Doyno
Senior Insurance Advisor

Susan Doyno joined Fotek Business Solutions in the year 2000. Susan has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry with the last 15 years being dedicated to group benefits. Susan began her career in 1982 at the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company in Woodbury, New York, where she successfully completed a three year training program in just one year. After being relocated to New Jersey, Susan found her niche in group benefits.

Susan was salesperson of the year for three consecutive years and works closely with her clients to help them reduce costs and maintain employee satisfaction with innovative ideas and planning. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Susan has two grown children and lives with her husband in Marlboro, New Jersey.

 



Michael Ruggiero
President, CRM

Mike Ruggiero is President and founding member of the Property and Casualty division of Fotek Business Solutions, helping to form CRM in 2000. Prior to starting CRM, he spent many years on both the insurance carrier side and the agency side. Mike oversees all agency functions and plays an active role in its sales efforts.

Mike’s extensive experience and unique perspective allow him to service the diverse needs of his clients. He has addressed the business insurance needs of companies ranging from local stores to large manufacturing operations. Mike’s expansive knowledge allows him to solve difficult insurance problems and earn customers’ confidence.



Bernice Tumulty
Director of Operations, CRM

Bernice Tumulty joined CRM in 2001. She has 30 years of experience in the property casualty insurance field. Bernice comes from a varied background of service and sales related positions, held throughout her career. She is service oriented, persistent and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure CRM’s clients are educated on increasingly complex issues.

Bernice’s role as Director of Operations at CRM is an integral one. Her responsibilities include the marketing and placement of new business to CRM. She is also accountable for servicing existing clients. Bernice is always available to answer questions, discuss issues and solve any problems that may arise.
